  1. Mission

Day-to-day organization of production, working directly with design & development teams (inshore or offshore) in order to deliver projects that surpass clients' expectations - on time and within budget.

  1. Responsibilities & Tasks:
  • Capturing business requirements
  • Scheduling, allocating resources and supervising the project from brainstorm and design through to development, testing and launch 
  • Delivering functional and technical specifications to prod teams
  • Estimating the different aspects of the project in terms of costs and planning
  • Giving support to Client Service Managers & Account Executives to define clients’ e-strategy’s best execution
  • Quality insurance

 

  1. Tools & Langages to be used
  • Thorough understanding of the web design and development process, including basic knowledge of information architecture, software engineering and database design principles
  • Ability to both produce and oversee website documentation including functional & technical specifications, sitemaps and wireframes.
  • Thorough understanding of the purpose and implementation of common web technologies and concepts, such as Xhtml, Css , Flash,  JavaScript, Ajax, Web Content Management, DB, Asp.Net and SEO.

 

  1. Qualifications required
  • Proven ability to manage web based projects, teams, timescales and budgets, with minimum 3 years in similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of project management techniques and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communications, E-F-NL
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High-level, high-energy project manager with strong organizational skills
  • Impeccable eye for detail, meticulous
  • Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt rapidly
  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Effective and efficient problem-resolution skills
