Account Executive
- Mission
You represent the day-to-day contact for the client and build long term relationship with him.
- Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Close liaison with the Client Service Director (CSD) regarding all campaigns (inform the CSD of the progress at every stage)
- Accurate briefing and follow up of all Productions: Print, web, Mailings, DM, others …)
- Management of the production budget and invoicing together with budget manager: No surprises
- Close collaboration with Studio manager for prioritizing tasks of Production Planning to meet the deadlines
- Final quality control of all productions before going to client, end users and/or media
- Assists CSD for client presentations and participates in meetings
- Writes briefings and call reports
- Update and present weekly status reports of the projects
- Presenting cost estimates and planning to the client
- Tools & Langages to be used
- Fluent (3 languages) in written and spoken Dutch, French, English (or German)
- Real interest in the newest marketing communication tools
- Qualifications required
- 1 - 3 yrs professional experience
- Results oriented attention to detail, accuracy, promptitude and ability to meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills, ability to determine priorities and follow through on projects and assignments and complete them in a timely manner.
